WGC ALP Level 4 Gymnasts Kick Off the 2026 Competition Season at the Niddrie Invitational
Over the weekend, our ALP Level 4 gymnasts kicked off their 2026 competition season, competing at the Niddrie Invitational for their first competition of the year.
It was a fantastic start to the season, with the girls proudly showcasing the hard work they've been putting into training over the past few months. They approached the competition with enthusiasm, determination and plenty of team spirit, making for a memorable day of competition.
Level 4's
The team's performances on vault were a real highlight of the day, with strong runs, powerful height and confident performances reflecting the hard work the girls have been putting into their training. Stuck bar dismounts and powerful floor routines were also among the many highlights, making for an exciting start to the competition season.
Beyond the results, the competition gave the girls the opportunity to gain valuable experience and build confidence as they put their routines out on the competition floor for the first time this season.
Most importantly, every gymnast represented Waverley Gymnastics Centre with determination, resilience and fantastic team spirit, supporting one another throughout the day. Coach Jess L and Coach Nicole were extremely proud of the way the girls embraced the challenge and celebrated each other's successes.
