WGC ALP Level 3 Gymnasts Enjoy a Fantastic Start to the Season at the Knox Invitational
Our ALP Level 3 gymnasts officially opened their 2026 competition season over the weekend at the Knox Invitational, delivering a fantastic day of performances and plenty of exciting moments to celebrate.
For many of the girls, this marked their first competition of the year, while for several gymnasts it was their very first gymnastics competition. They approached the day with confidence, determination and plenty of smiles, making it a memorable experience for everyone involved.
The team's hard work in the gym was evident across every apparatus, with confident beam routines, strong and powerful vaults, and expressive floor performances all highlighting the progress the girls have made throughout their training. It was wonderful to see their dedication come together out on the competition floor as they embraced the opportunity to put their routines into practice.
Beyond the results, the competition was an important milestone in the girls' development, providing valuable experience, building confidence and laying a strong foundation for the season ahead. Coach Chelsea and Coach Nicole couldn't be prouder of the way every gymnast represented Waverley Gymnastics Centre throughout the day.
