National Club Championships – Results

A huge congratulations to our gymnasts, coaches and parents who attended the 2023 National Club Championships held in Gold Coast!

We were so impressed by the team spirit shown by everyone representing Waverley! We absolutely couldn't have done it without the amazing support from our parents and coaches. 

Special mention to Victoria Whitehead for organising a breakfast event for the first half of the week - it was a great hit! Another shout out to Tenielle Love for her amazing work on the social media and doing a handstand competition! Thank you to Belinda Kay who still flew up to coach the Level 5s and flying back to Melbourne for the AFL Grand Final! Finally, a huge thank you to Jess Haintz who organised all the info for National Club Champs!

Waverley walked away in 6th place in the Overall Champion club category! Well done to all our wonderful gymnasts who competed!
