Celebrating our 2026 ElevateHER Graduates
Over an intensive six week period, our ElevateHER cohort has been working through this inspiring new mentoring program: ElevateHER. This program is designed to support the growth, confidence, and long‑term development of female eilte coaches. With the program now complete, we’re excited to celebrate the three WAG coaches who took part in this inaugural year, Jessica Haintz, Victoria Whitehead and Stacey Bull.
Grounded in WGC’s values of Excellence and Inspire, ElevateHER epitomises Waverley’s commitment to their coaches and passion to shape the future of elite coaching through intentional, world-class mentorship.
Led by internationally renowned coach Janie Ahlstrom, Director of ElevateHER, the program goes far beyond traditional professional development. ElevateHER blends technical mastery, reflective practice, leadership capability, and long-term career planning within a supportive yet high-performance coaching environment. The program focuses on helping coaches strengthen their coaching skills, understand their pathways, and build momentum for the next stage of their coaching journey.
“ElevateHER turns traditional learning on its head. Instead of coaches stepping away to learn, the mentor steps into their environment, working alongside them, observing real coaching moments, and providing targeted feedback that drives immediate growth,” Janie enthused.
This year, we were proud to have three WGC coaches participate:

Across the six weeks, each coach worked closely with Janie through individual goal setting, feedback discussions, technical development sessions and workshops. They also spent time exploring their long‑term coaching pathways and the next steps they want to take within their roles at Waverley.

Completing ElevateHER is a significant milestone, and we are incredibly proud of the commitment, openness, and development shown by all three participants throughout the program. Their willingness to learn, reflect, and grow is a credit to each of them, and we look forward to seeing how they continue to apply what they've learned in the gym over the coming months.
