Waverley Gymnastics' GYM FOR ALL competition is a fantastic occasion for our Educational Program gymnasts, to participate in a positive gymnastics event that is lots of fun!

It gives gymnasts the opportunity to show their family and friends what they have been learning throughout the year. This event emphasizes team effort (there are no individual awards), and the top 3 teams in each division will receive a medal!

All gymnasts will be taught their routines in their usual weekly classes. On the day of the event, there will be coaches on hand to offer a little extra support and even perform alongside any nervous participants without any deductions from the judges.

Waverley's 2026 Gym for All Competition will be held on Saturday 22nd August, Sunday 23rd August, Saturday 29th August and Sunday 30th August!

Who: Educational Program gymnasts (Level 1-10, Level Advanced 1-4 and Medallion)

When:
Saturday 22nd August 6:00pm-8:00pm
2-hour gymnasts.

Sunday 23rd August 1:00pm-3:00pm or 4:00pm-6:00pm
1hr/1.5hr gymnasts.

Saturday 29th August 6:00pm-8:00pm
2-hour gymnasts.

Sunday 30th August 1:00pm-3:00pm or 4:00pm-6:00pm
1hr/1.5hr gymnasts.

Time: You will be allocated one of the session times listed above. Your specific time will be confirmed by Thursday 6 August. Each session runs for approximately two hours.

Venue: Waverley Gymnastics Centre Oakleigh Campus - 2A Park Road, Oakleigh 3166

Entry Cost: $88.00 per gymnast OR Sign up before July 5th and receive the 'Early Bird' rate of $68.00- use promo code 'GFA2026'

Spectator entry: All gymnast's entry costs include one family spectator ticket (2 adults and 2 children).

Closing date: Entries will close July, 17th, 2026. For ‘Early Bird’ entry please register before July 5th 2026.

HOW TO REGISTER:

COMPETITION ENTRY AND PAYMENT INFORMATION/INSTRUCTIONS.
To book into the event, you will need to log into the Parent Portal and enter your child into the Gymnastics for All (GFA) competition.
Please note that registration is only confirmed once payment has been completed through the Parent Portal at the time of booking. As places are limited, we encourage you to complete your registration as soon as possible to secure your child's spot in the competition.
Booking Steps:
  1. Click here to  access the parent portal - Login | Parent Portal
  2. If you haven’t logged in before, you use your email address to log in, click on “forgot password”, and follow the steps to set your password.
  3. Navigate to My Events from the main menu
  4. Click on Book Event
  5. Event: Select 'Gymnastics For All (GFA) Competition 2026
  6. Click Next 
  7. On the competition name scroll across to view the quantity
  8. Quantity - Enter the quantity of children you would like to enter into the competition (Please note, if you are using a mobile phone, you may need to scroll left to add the quantity)
  9. Scroll down
  10. Add an emergency contact number
  11. Click NEXT
  12. Ticket Holder Information: 
  13. Gymnast: Click on Gymnast, select and information will infill.
  14. Do this for each child entered
  15. Click NEXT
  16. PROMO CODE - Enter Early bird Promo code 'GFA2026' if entering before July 5th
  17. Click BOOK EVENT
  18. MAKE PAYMENT by entering in your card details
An Event Booking Successful email should be received within the hour, with details of your payment and events booked.  You can also check the status of your booking on the 'My Events' page of your parent portal.
